Emerging Companies Corporate Associate for Boutique Firm, 3-10 years (San Francisco)

A boutique firm in San Francisco is seeking corporate associates. The firm offers high end clients and deals and a great quality of life, with attorneys billing between 1200-1300 billable hours per year. Pay is significantly higher than other boutiques, in addition to excellent benefits and a great environment. The candidate must have experience at a top Silicon Valley/venture firm.

Employment Associate for Boutique Firm, 4-10 years (Menlo Park)

An Employment Law Boutique seeks an employment attorney for their high end practice. Candidates must have top credentials and employment experience.

Real Estate Transactional Associate, 3-7 years (San Francisco)

A prominent California real estate firm is seeking an associate with strong real estate experience, including purchase and sales, leasing, joint venture, and/or other real estate finance transactions, including affordable housing projects. The candidate must have strong academic credentials and AmLaw 100 experience is preferred.

Patent Prosecution Associate: 3-7 years (Palo Alto)

A top tier firm is seeking associates or patent agents with patent prosecution experience for its Palo Alto office. The firm represents large, mid-size, and startup companies in a wide range of advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least a college degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering or physics, and have well-developed skills in patent application preparation and prosecution, as well as in conducting validity and infringement assessments. Experience with telecommunications, signal processing, computer networking or semiconductor engineering is preferred. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.

Real Estate Associate for AmLaw 100 Firm, 3-6 years (Palo Alto)

An AmLaw 100 Firm seeks an associate with 2-6 years of real estate experience for their complex practice. Candidates must have a stable work history at an AmLaw 100 Firm and at least 65% real estate experience. California bar is preferred but not required.

General Corporate Associate, 3-6 years (San Francisco)

Our client, a small San Francisco based firm, is hiring a mid level corporate associate with experience in entity and fund formation. The firm represents start ups and established corporations with joint ventures, entity formation, commercial and business agreements, and M&A work. The billable hours requirement is under 1700/year.
